The military factions operating in the countryside of Idlib have launched a new military operation against the positions of Assad regime and its sectarian militias in the northern countryside of Lattakia

The joint operations room on Tuesday 9 July 2019, on its official outlets said that hours after the start of the operation was able to break the defense lines of the regime forces in Turkmen Mount and took control of a several points after fierce battles with the regime and its sectarian militias, and managed to kill and wounded a number of its elements and captured others.

For its part,"The National Liberation Front", announced the destruction of a tank of the regime forces with an anti-tank missile on Zahia hill in Turkman Mount in the northern countryside of Lattakia.
